How to finish install the grinding mill ?

1.It is considered to hang the lifting tools of 1.5-2tons above the main engine when building workshop.Just for easy maintenance.

2.Put the main engine and blower on the reinforced concrete horizontally (YGM6S ,YGM75 ,YGM8SB is not

necessary ) , pour concrete into the feet of whirlwind power and dust collector after installing them.

3.Make the flange between all connecting pipelines sealed with gaskets.

Before starting the grinding mill please make sure check whether there is iron ore in the machine or not, lock

all the observation doors,adjust the position of blower and main spindle open exhaust valve fully. At the same time check whether there is iron ore in the machine or not ,check whether the bolt and nut especially in the main engine is loose.

Starting sequences:start analyzer first,blower second,main engine third.It is a must to put some stones (tiny

stones firstly and then normal ones) when starting main engine.Please open air valve ,gradually turn down exhaust valve under the condition that do not materials spill out of the feed port.And then adjust the the finished product size.
